I. Introduction
If you are using the Services, we recommend that you read this Policy carefully, and please note that the terms and conditions of this Policy that are (potentially) material to your rights and interests are highlighted in bold font. Please ensure that you have carefully read and fully understood all the terms of this Policy before using AGRICORP 's products or services. Once you choose to use or continue to use AGRICORP 's products or services, you agree that we use and process your relevant information in accordance with the laws and regulations and this Policy.
We may amend this Policy from time to time in accordance with laws, regulations or business adjustments. When changes are made to this Policy, we will display the changes to you by prominently displaying them or by pushing notices or messages. You should understand that we will collect, use, process and store your personal information according to the updated Policy only if you confirm and agree to the updated Policy; you have the right to refuse to agree to the updated Policy, but please know that if you refuse to agree to the updated Policy, you may not be able to use or continue to use the Services in full, or you may not be able to achieve the results we intend to achieve.
Before using the Services, you acknowledge that you have full civil rights and capacity, the ability to agree to and abide by this Policy, and that you are independently liable for all of your actions under this Policy. If you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity appropriate to your conduct, you should obtain the knowledge or consent of your legal guardian before using the Services. If you are under the age of 18, please read and determine whether you agree to this Policy with a legal guardian, paying particular attention to the terms and conditions for minors. The exercise and performance of the rights and obligations of minors under this Policy are deemed to have been approved by their legal guardians.

II. About us
1. The Services are operated and serviced by the AGRICORP PTE. LTD. and its affiliates.
2. Affiliates are companies, institutions and other subjects that control or are under common control of AGRICORP PTE. LTD. in the present or future. Control means having the ability to influence, directly or indirectly, the management or operation of the controlled subject through ownership, voting shares, contracts, actual operating affiliations, or other means determined by law.

III. How we collect and use your personal information
AGRICORP collects and uses personal information that you provide in the course of using the Services for the purpose of AGRICORP providing the Services, and as otherwise required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If, in order to provide you with our products or services, we wish to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, we will promptly inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again prior to the use.
The types of personal information we collect and use about you include:
● information necessary for the core business functions of our products and/or services: this information is necessary for the proper functioning of the products and/or services and you must authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use our products and/or services properly;
● information that may be required for additional business functions. This information is collected and used with your express consent. You can choose whether or not to authorize our collection of your personal information for additional business functions. If you refuse to provide your consent, it will result in the additional business functions not being implemented or not achieving the results we intend to achieve, but will not affect your normal use of the standard Services.
● names; physical addresses; email addresses; phone numbers; social media account information; marketing information; account log-in credentials; troubleshooting and support data; payment information; identification information; date of birth; and time stamps for, and types of, activities (e.g. membership joining times. transaction/booking times, etc.).
The circumstances in which we collect your information, along with specific information types, are set out below.
(i) Information necessary for the core business functions of our Services
1. Account registration
When you register and log in to your AGRICORP account, you need to complete a series of registration procedures, in which you need to provide us with the following information: account nickname, cell phone number or email address. You can only successfully register for a AGRICORP account and use the core features of the Services if you provide true and accurate information as described above. If you choose not to provide the above information necessary to implement the core product features of AGRICORP , it may result in our inability to provide you with the core features of that product or service.
2. To provide you with location-based information display
When you use the online order store pick-up or online order delivery service features to purchase goods, you need to provide us with your geographic location information so that we can recommend and show you the menu (product list) of your nearby stores, marketing information related to special events, including precise location information can show you know the distance between the store and you. When you enable the location function of your mobile device through system authorization, we will use technologies to obtain your location information, including IP address, GPS and WLAN (such as Wi-Fi) access points, Bluetooth and base stations that can provide relevant information, as well as real-time information provided by you or other users containing your geographical location (we only collect your geographical location at the time you use the Services, and we do not combine your location information at other times to determine your whereabouts). You may disable location services on your mobile device's system to stop us from collecting information about your location, but you may not be able to use our location-based features.
3. Search and Browse
When you use the search function, we need to collect some information from you, including the following personal information: your device information, your log information (including the words or phrases you searched for), your browsing history and time, the time and number of times you searched, your location information (including the distance of the merchant from you, etc.). We collect this information in order to provide the Services.
4. Customer Service
(a) When you initiate a complaint or grievance or make an inquiry to AGRICORP , in order to protect your account and system security, we need you to first provide account information and match it with your previous personal information to verify your user identity. In addition, in order to contact you or help you solve your problem, we will use your name, cell phone number, email and other contact information. In addition, we collect information about your communications with us (in the form of text/picture/audio/video/call logs), and other information necessary to address your needs. We collect this information in order to investigate the facts and help you solve your problem. If you refuse to provide such information, we may not be able to provide you with timely feedback on the outcome of your complaint, grievance or inquiry.
5. Purchases and Transactions
When you purchase goods or services from us, you are required to provide certain information associated with the completion of the transaction, including information about the goods or services being transacted. In addition, we also collect the following information associated with the order: credit and debit card information, transaction amount, order placement time, order number, order status, payment method, payment routing number, and payment status. We collect this information to help you complete the transaction smoothly, protect your transaction security, check order information, and provide customer service.
6. Payment
When you open a membership, order products, top up, etc. within the Services, you will need to use the payment function. During the payment process, we will collect your user ID of the third party payment channel, which is necessary for us to provide you with the goods and/or services you have purchased. We cannot obtain your personal property information based on this information alone, nor can we identify a specific natural person.
7. Functions necessary for security
To ensure the stability and security of the system when you use the Services, to prevent your personal information from being illegally accessed, to more accurately prevent fraud and to protect account security, we need to collect information from you to determine your account risk. The information collected includes device information (which includes IP address, IDFA, device unique identifier such as MEID/UDID/ OPENUDID, MAC address, IMEI, OAID, SIM card information, WiFi information such as BSSID/SSID/ICCID, network status, device model and status, GUID, network environment, software installation list, operating system type and software version), history of Internet access records, log information. We will use the above information to identify possible system risks, security risks and information anomalies. If you do not provide the above information, we cannot protect your account security and account rights.
(i)Information that may be required for additional business functions In order to provide you with a better service, you may choose to use the expanded features we offer, and we will collect and use the following information in compliance with applicable laws and in accordance with your specific consent. This information will be collected in the specific features and business scenarios you choose, and will not affect your use of the basic features if you do not provide this information.
1. Camera-based (camera) extensions
When you use the shooting and uploading function, you need to turn on the camera permission. Please know that even if you have agreed to enable camera access, we will only obtain information from the camera when you actively click on the above function in the client. If you do not use the above functions, you can disallow this permission.
2. Extended functionality based on album licensing
You can choose to turn on the system's album permissions to grant us access to your album by actively uploading pictures, videos, etc. so that you can post content by uploading photos or uploading videos, etc. We will collect the above information that you choose to upload and post. You can turn off this feature in the system permissions, and once it is turned off you may not be able to change your avatar by uploading pictures, videos, etc., but it will not affect your enjoyment of the basic features.
3. Get permission to send you notifications
In order to improve our products and/or services and to provide you with information search and trading services, we may send you information about the fulfillment process.

Please note that by turning on any permission, you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding services, and by turning off any permission, you cancel your authorization, and we will no longer collect and use the relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and will not be able to provide you with the services corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to close the permission will not affect the collection and use of information based on your authorization.
(ii) Exceptions with authorized consent
You understand and agree that we do not need to obtain your authorized consent to collect and use your personal information if:
a) related to public safety, public health, and significant public interest;
b) directly related to the investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of sentences for crimes;
c) when it is necessary to protect your or other individuals' vital legal rights and interests, such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain your own consent;
d) the information collected is disclosed by you to the public or collected from legally disclosed channels (such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.);
e) as may be necessary to enter into and perform the relevant agreement or other written document with you;
g) the requirements of competent authorities, laws and regulations, and other circumstances.
IV. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
1.Use of Cookies
In order to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the website and make your access experience easier, we will store small data files called Cookies on your device terminal/system. Cookies will help you call your information when you visit our website in the future, simplifying the process of filling in your personal information; to provide you with safe shopping preferences; to help you optimize your advertising choices and interactions; keep your data safe and more. 1.5 In order to provide you with improved, quality products and services, some of our services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share certain personal information about you with our partners to provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share your personal information for purposes that are legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit, and only as much personal information as is necessary to provide the services. Our partners are not authorized to use the shared personal information for any other purpose. If you refuse to allow our partners to collect the personal information necessary to provide the service, you may not be able to use that third party service on our platform.
Typically our partners are of the following:
(1) Service providers that provide functional support for our products and/or services: for example, payment institutions that provide payment services, third-party companies that provide delivery services, and other service providers, where we share information solely for the purpose of enabling the functionality of our products and/or services;
(2) Third-party SDK-type service providers: Our products may include third-party SDKs or other similar applications, and if you use such services provided by third parties on our platform, you agree that your information will be collected and processed directly by them (e.g. in the form of embedded code, plug-ins, etc.).
(3) Partners who engage us for information promotion and advertising: You acknowledge that we have the right to share de-identified or anonymized analytical/statistical information with partners who engage us for information promotion and advertising to help them with advertising or decision making recommendations. We promise that we will not share personally identifiable information about you with our partners without your consent.
2. Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual unless we have your express consent to do so. In the event of a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy or liquidation, the transfer of personal information may be involved, in which case we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy. If there is any change in the collection and handling of personal information as agreed in this Policy, the company or organization will ask for your authorized consent again.

3.1 Public disclosure is the act of releasing information to the community or to an unspecified group of people. 4.1 directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interest;
4.2 Those directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and sentence execution; or those required by laws and regulations, administrative organs or public prosecution and law and other competent organs;
4.3 as is necessary to enter into and perform the relevant Policy or other written document with you;
4.4 Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations, etc.
VI. Our storage and protection of your personal information
1. Information storage
1.1 Storage Location: We will store the personal information we collect about you in Singapore in accordance with laws and regulations. Please be advised the data collected during the Services are hosted in Singapore. Regardless of how and where your information is processed by the company or individual who processes it, we will take appropriate safeguards to transfer and protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and this Notice.
1.2 Storage Period: We retain your personal information for the minimum period necessary to provide the Services. For example, when you use our registration and membership features, we need to collect your cell phone number, and we need to keep your cell phone number during your use of the Services in order to provide you with the Services properly and to protect your account and system security. In addition, we may keep your information for as long as necessary to comply with the relevant laws.
1.3 We will delete or anonymize your personal information after the above storage period has expired.

For example, we use TLS to encrypt and protect data communication; we have established access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to personal information; and we hold security and privacy training courses from time to time to enhance our employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.

We understand your concerns about personal information and make every effort to ensure that you have the right to access, correct, delete, and revoke authorization of your personal information so that you have the full ability to safeguard your privacy and security. 1. You have the right to access your personal information
You can access the relevant personal information you have provided to us in accordance with the relevant instructions (or settings) for the products and services we offer. This includes:
1.1 Account information: You can log in to your personal center at any time through the relevant product pages in order to access the profile information in your account, including: avatar, nickname, gender, birth date;
1.2 Usage information: You can access your usage information at any time through the relevant product pages, including: history, order information, address information, billing records, etc.;
1.3 Other Information: If you encounter operational problems during your visit and need to obtain other personal information that is not available to you as described above, you may contact us through the contact information provided in this Policy.
2. You have the right to correct/amend your personal information
When you discover that the personal information you have provided to us is incorrectly registered, incomplete or updated, you may correct/amend your personal information in our Services.
If you encounter difficulties in exercising the above-mentioned rights, you can request us to correct or amend your data by submitting your correction/correction request to us through our published feedback and error reporting service, or through the details in our “contact us” Section. However, for security and identification reasons, you may not be able to correct some of the initial registration information submitted at the time of registration.

4. You have the right to withdraw your consent to our use of your of personal information
As previously mentioned, some of the features of the products and services we offer require access to the relevant permissions for your use of the device (including: location, camera, microphone, scheduling, etc., depending on the actual features acquired by the product). You may withdraw (or stop) your continued authorization of such permissions at any time after you have granted them. You may also permanently withdraw all authorization for us to continue collecting your personal information by canceling your account. You understand that when you withdraw your authorization, we will not be able to continue to provide you with the specific features and/or services for which you have withdrawn your authorization. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out on the basis of your authorization.
5. You have the right to cancel your account
You can apply for cancellation online through customer service. After you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to log in and use our products and services with that account; and all rights and interests that have been generated but not consumed during the use of AGRICORP and its other products and services and future overdue benefits will be erased; the content, information, data, records, etc. under that account will be deleted or anonymized (except as otherwise required by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities). Except for those otherwise required by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities, your network operation logs will be retained for at least six months); AGRICORP account cancellation will not be restored after completion.

Once we receive your request, we may verify it by requesting information sufficient to confirm your identity. You have the right to submit a request through an authorized agent or to appeal the denial of your request. To appoint an authorized agent to exercise your rights, we will need written proof that the authorized agent is authorized to act on your behalf or a copy of the power of attorney granting that right.
*We may not be able to complete the request due to factors such as inability to verify the customer, duplicate requests, or information not found. If you have any questions about the handling of your personal information, you may contact us through the contact information listed in Article VIII of this Policy under "Contact Us".
Please note that you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection or privacy regulator at any time.
VIII. Our protection of minors
1. The Services are not directed at minors. However, if minors access the Services, they should obtain the consent of their guardians before using our Services. If you are a minor under age 18, you should read this Policy together with the supervision and guidance of your guardian before using our products and/or services, and you should use our products and/or services and submit personal information with the express consent and guidance of your guardian. 2. This Policy is construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with Policy shall be submitted to the competent local courts for jurisdiction.
